To streamline the review process and become more efficient, we are now only accepting electronic submissions in the form of a PDF and ask for a $25 submission fee.  We feel it’s a nominal fee to cover our printing and ink costs and relatively the same as if you printed it yourself, mailed and sent return postage.

If you would like to be considered, Please tell us about yourself and the submission.  Have you ever been published anywhere etc.
